Max Michelle Interiors has worked on many high-profile and prestigious projects throughout Southern California, most notably in Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Newport Beach, CA. So when Lori Michelle and her team reached out to JVA for their latest project we were excited. JVA was tasked with helping create the statement piece for the lobby of The Ellington in Pasadena, CA. We decided that back-lit acrylic would make the perfect addition to an already stunning space.
From the beginning, Lori and her team knew they wanted the artwork to make a bold statement. We decided on floor-to-ceiling acrylic with vibrant colors and abstract imagery. To add an extra level of “wow” we decided to add back-lit acrylic to make the artwork really pop. We were beyond thrilled with how this space turned out.
At JVA we are always looking for new ways to bring ordinary artwork to the forefront. By using back-lit acrylic we were able to enhance the existing beauty of the space, as well as add some additional lighting.
We absolutely love working with Max Michelle and their creative team, and we look forward to future projects.
